V-1000 is the commercial-grade platform. Vastex AirFlash adds a 140 CFM forced-air blower to infrared heat. Standard flash dryers apply direct infrared that can scorch, shrink, or melt heat-sensitive fabrics (nylon, polyester, Spandex, Dazzle cloth). The AirFlash directs heated filtered air across the curing surface — heating the ink while managing fabric surface temperature. Three modes: air-only, full heat + air, modulated air and heat. Digital heat control 0-100%.
What exposure unit does Vastex make for production shops?
The
E2000 (52"x36") is the production unit — exposes one large screen or two 25"x36" screens simultaneously. Runs at approximately 20% of the energy of traditional metal halide while matching metal halide speeds. LED life: 50,000+ hours. For smaller shops, the
