A standard reclaim process uses four types of chemicals: an ink remover/screen wash (like Easiway 701 for plastisol or 601 for water-based), an emulsion remover (like Easiway 500), a haze/stain remover (like Easiway 415N or 400), and a degreaser (like Screen Perfect). Or simplify with Easiway Supra in a dip tank for combined ink and emulsion removal.
EasiSolv 701N is designed for plastisol, UV, and solvent-based inks. EasiSolv 601 is formulated specifically for water-based and discharge inks (including HSA/discharge stains) and includes surfactants that degrease the mesh. Choose 701 for plastisol shops, 601 for water-based production, or stock both if you run multiple ink types.
EasiSolv 400 is a low-VOC gel that clings to mesh for longer dwell times — ideal for heavy ghosting and California-compliant shops (under 100 g/L VOC). No. PlastiSolv 842 is an on-press cleaner designed for color changes and spot cleaning. It should not be used in a washout booth or rinsed with water. Apply by rag, squirt bottle, or sprayer, wipe clean, and the screen is ready in 10–15 seconds.
