Water-Based & Discharge Inks

Water-based and discharge screen printing inks produce the softest, most breathable prints possible on cotton and natural-fiber garments. Water-based ink absorbs into the fabric fibers (rather than sitting on top like plastisol), creating a true ‘no-hand-feel’ print that becomes part of the shirt. Discharge ink goes even further — it chemically removes the garment dye and replaces it with your print color, producing vibrant designs on dark shirts with zero ink texture. We carry the full Matsui, CCI, and Allureglow water-based and discharge ink lines, plus mixing pigments, bases, additives, and discharge activators.
