Franmar’s Water-Based Ink Remover is exclusively made for screen printers that print with water-based inks. Water-Based Ink Remover will clean all types of today’s water-based inks and even works as a screen opener while still on the press. Water-Based Ink Remover delivers all the same great benefits of Franmar’s line of screen cleaners developed through the last 30 years and saves cleaning time and screens that could not previously be cleaned.

Technical Specifications
Directions:
- Spray or pour a minimal amount onto screen.
- Scrub screen with dedicated Biggee pad or nylon brush.
- Repeat on back of screen image.
- Rinse both sides of screen clean with pressured water.
Note: If tape doesn’t stick, allow screen to dry or wipe screen again with a damp cloth.
Caution: Water-Based Ink Remover is not designed to keep water-based inks wet in the screen for continuous printing.
Usage Tips:
Less is more. Control amount by using a spray bottle. Six or seven (6-7) sprays is all that’s generally needed to clean a standard size screen.
To help soften and remove dried water-based inks, spray Water-Based Ink Remover on screen, agitate with Biggee pad, and then let sit for a few minutes.
Pressure washing facilitates a clean screen.
Good for Use With: Water-based, discharge, and plastisol inks.
