Register numbers instantly, precisely
Positioned on top of the moving Clamp Rail is a Sight Rail with bright yellow arrow for visual locating of each number. A Detent Rail has half-round cutouts that lock onto the Clamp Rail Bearing for instant and precise registration.

Print 2- to 3-times faster than with any comparable numbering system

Not just for numbering
You can also use the sliding rail system to print a series of names, pocket designs or graphics from the same sliding screens. Vastex can even customize the DiGiT system for your special application. And because the sliding V2NS DiGiTTM print head does not disable the remaining print heads, you can use them to print team names, chest images or other graphics using regular screens in normal fashion, or as loading/unloading stations.

Advanced number spacing compensates for narrow number “1”
Because any 2-digit number containing the narrow number 1 would have too much space between numbers, and because the resulting two-digit number would be off-center, the system compensates using five easy-to-locate position notches for every number. Not only is the space between numbers correct, but the resulting two-digit number prints on the center of the garment.
