DCC NeoFlex F-51350+ Pro DTF Printer & Shaker
DCC
The DCC NeoFlex F-51350+ Pro is a commercial direct-to-film system that puts the printer, the automated powder dispenser, the shaker and the curing dryer into one integrated machine — with dual HEPA and carbon air filtration built in, so you are not siting a separate fume extractor. Four printheads in a 5-color CMYK + White configuration produce 16.5 m²/hr — roughly 177 square feet of finished transfer film per hour. And when your volume climbs, DCC upgrades the performance modules instead of selling you a new printer.
Price range: $38,050.00 through $52,050.00
Description
One machine. And it grows with you instead of getting replaced.
Most DTF lines are assembled from parts — a printer from one vendor, a shaker from another, a fume extractor bolted on afterward. Every seam is a place where registration drifts, powder coverage goes uneven, and nobody owns the problem. The NeoFlex F-51350+ Pro was engineered by DCC as one machine: printer, automated powder dispenser, shaker, curing dryer and a dual HEPA-and-carbon filtration system sharing a single structural steel frame and a single film path.
The part that matters most on a capital purchase is what happens when you outgrow it. You do not. The F-Series is a modular platform — when order volume climbs, DCC upgrades the performance modules and your existing frame, body and electronics stay exactly where they are. The printer running 177 square feet an hour today becomes the printer running 301 without a forklift.

What makes this machine different
Solid Core steel construction
A wobble-free structural steel chassis built with an interlocking cut-and-fold fabrication technique. The vacuum table and print carriage beams are load-bearing members rather than passive parts, which is what keeps printhead alignment from drifting over long runs.
An upgrade path, not a trade-in
When orders increase, DCC upgrades the performance modules. The frame, body and electronics stay. You move from 4-head 5-color output toward 6-head speed or 9-color expanded gamut without buying and re-siting an entire new printer.
Air filtration actually sized for the job
Dual HEPA and carbon filters at 10 in x 12.6 in — more than 2.5 times standard DTF filter size, so they last longer between changes. Channeled ducts hold equal extraction pressure across the width instead of pulling hard at one end.
Weight-sensed powder application
An automated dispenser works with the shaker to lay adhesive evenly, and a weight sensor confirms the right amount is going down. Twin powder catcher trays with their own sensors let you empty one without stopping the line.
Film handling built for long rolls
A weight-balanced pivot roller holds accurate film tension and an automated pincher roller maintains equal pressure across the full printing width. Integrated handling means less slippage and fewer wrinkles — which on a roll of coated film is money.
Glycol extraction in the dryer
A glycol extraction valve is positioned to pull moisture before it condenses inside the drying unit. Condensation in a DTF dryer is what causes tacky, inconsistent cures and eventually a service call.
NeoFlex RIP, built for gang sheets
Automated nesting with smart page-break handling for PDFs, and the ability to duplicate an already-ripped file to fill the print area instead of re-ripping it. On a gang-sheet business, nesting efficiency is margin.
In-house inks and consumables
DCC manufactures its own NeoFlex inks, film and adhesive powder through a specialty chemical operation with 25 years behind it. Printer and consumables are profiled together, so color repeats and there is one place to call when it does not.

See it run
Inside the system
Four printheads in a 5-color CMYK + White configuration, producing 16.5 m²/hr — about 177 square feet of finished transfer per hour.
Solid Core structural steel with interlocking cut-and-fold joining. Vacuum table and carriage beams carry load, so vibration does not reach the print.
Automated dispenser plus shaker for even coverage, a weight sensor to confirm powder volume, and twin sensored catcher trays for uninterrupted running.
Dual HEPA and carbon filters at 10 in x 12.6 in, channeled ducts for equal extraction pressure, and a glycol extraction valve to limit condensation in the dryer.
Weight-balanced pivot roller for tension control and an automated pincher roller holding equal pressure across the print width. Less slippage, fewer wrinkles.
NeoFlex RIP — automated nesting, CMYK or RGB input, spot color swap, halftone effects, variable data and barcode-driven job setup.

What NeoFlex RIP does for your production floor
Nesting and ripping
Automated nesting with smart page-break handling for multi-page PDFs, and multiple file import options so you are not converting artwork before it reaches the queue.
Already-ripped files can be duplicated to fill the print area rather than reprocessed — on repeat and multi-up work that recovers real ripping time every day.
Color and file handling
Accepts CMYK or RGB files, so customer-supplied artwork does not have to be pre-converted. Spot colors can be removed or swapped inside the RIP instead of bouncing the file back to art.
A halftone effect option is available where the look calls for it, and white underbase behavior including choke and maximum white percentage is adjustable per job.
Automation for fulfillment work
Barcode support including QR lets jobs be routed and set up automatically instead of an operator picking files by hand — the difference between a print queue and an actual production workflow.
Variable data management makes swapping design elements across a run straightforward, which matters on names, numbers and per-customer personalization.
Why the RIP is part of the buying decision
On gang-sheet DTF, the film between your images is pure loss. A RIP that nests tightly and reprints without re-ripping directly changes your cost per transfer.
NeoFlex RIP is developed by DCC for DCC hardware and consumables, so profiling is handled in one place rather than negotiated between three vendors.

Who you are buying from
A manufacturer, not an importer
DCC started in Mumbai in 1978 and now builds screen printing and digital equipment, inks, adhesives and specialty products in house. More than 10,000 machine installations across 30-plus countries, and a global team over 550 people. When something needs engineering attention, it goes to the people who designed it.
Certified and independently owned
DCC operates to ISO-9001 quality standards, with UL-approved safety and OEKO-TEX and GOTS certifications on the products where those matter to your customers. The company is independently owned and debt free — no short-term investor pressure driving the roadmap.
US-based service and training
Field engineers based in the US, streamlined service ticketing, spare parts and proactive maintenance, plus a 7,000 square foot showroom in the Orlando area and a training academy. On a production machine, that support structure is worth more than any single spec on the sheet.
And River City Supply on your side of it
We have supplied screen printers and decorators since 2008 out of San Antonio. We will spec the machine honestly against your actual volume, coordinate freight and installation, and set up your ink, film and powder replenishment so the line never stops waiting on a consumable.
This is a made-to-order production system, not a stocked item. Build time and delivery window are confirmed at quote. Message us on Tidio or call for a current lead time before you schedule installation or commit to a customer deadline.
Filtration is on board, but you still need clearance for roll loading and service access, dedicated electrical service, and stable ambient temperature and humidity. Send us your floor plan and electrical service and we will confirm the site is ready before the crate ships.
Ink, film, powder, filters and wear parts are the running cost of a DTF operation. Ask us to model consumable cost per square foot at your expected volume before you sign — it is a bigger number than most shops plan for, and it belongs in the financing math.
The upgrade path is real — but the cheapest square foot is the one you print on a machine you already own. If your volume is climbing fast, ask us to price the F-51450 Pro alongside this one before you decide.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
How much can the NeoFlex F-51350+ Pro actually produce in an hour?
DCC publishes 16.5 m²/hr for the 4-head 5-color configuration — about 177 square feet of finished transfer film per hour. Treat that as machine capability rather than shop capacity. What you actually ship depends on how tightly your artwork nests, how much film you waste between images, and how fast you cut, weed and press. Tell us your average order profile and we will help you model realistic daily output.
Is the shaker and dryer included, or is it a separate machine?
Included and integrated. The automated powder dispenser, shaker and curing dryer are part of the same machine and share the printer’s film path. There is no separate shaker to buy, align or synchronize, and no hand-off point where registration can drift.
Do I need a separate fume extractor?
The NeoFlex has a dual HEPA and carbon filtration system built in, with channeled ducts for equal extraction pressure and a glycol extraction valve to limit condensation inside the dryer. The filters are 10 in x 12.6 in — over 2.5 times standard DTF filter size, which means longer life between changes. Most DTF printers make you buy and site an extractor separately; this one does not. Confirm your local ventilation requirements as part of site planning.
What happens when I outgrow this machine?
You upgrade it instead of replacing it. DCC designed the F-Series so performance modules can be upgraded while your existing frame, body and electronics stay in place — moving you toward the 6-head F-51450 Pro speed of 28 m²/hr (about 301 sq ft/hr) or the 9-color expanded gamut F-51460 Pro. On a capital purchase with a multi-year payback, that protection is a real part of the value.
Should I buy this or step up to the F-51450 Pro now?
Buy on daily volume, not sticker price. The F-51350+ Pro at 177 sq ft/hr is right for a shop bringing transfers in-house or replacing an outsourced supplier. The 6-head F-51450 Pro runs 301 sq ft/hr and makes sense when you are printing most of a shift, most days. The F-51460 Pro adds 9-color expanded gamut for brand-critical and photographic work. Send us a month of order history and we will tell you honestly which one you need — and the upgrade path means guessing slightly low is not a disaster.
What does the powder system do that a basic shaker does not?
Three things. An automated dispenser works with the shaker so adhesive coverage is even rather than operator-dependent. A weight sensor confirms the right amount of powder is going down, which stops patchy adhesion before it becomes a reprint. And twin powder catcher trays with their own sensors let you empty one without shutting the line down mid-run.
What is Solid Core technology and why should I care?
It is DCC’s structural steel chassis design — interlocking cut-and-fold fabrication, with the vacuum table and print carriage beams acting as load-bearing members. The practical result is a wobble-free machine that holds printhead alignment through long runs. Vibration is what quietly degrades fine detail and white-to-color registration at hour eight of a shift, and it is the hardest thing to fix after you have bought the printer.
What can NeoFlex RIP do for gang sheet work?
Automated nesting with smart page-break handling for PDFs, and the ability to duplicate an already-ripped file to fill the print area instead of re-ripping it. It takes CMYK or RGB artwork, lets you remove or swap spot colors inside the RIP, applies halftone effects, adjusts white underbase choke and maximum white percentage per job, and supports barcodes and QR codes for automated job setup plus variable data. On gang sheets the film between your images is pure loss — nesting efficiency is margin.
Do I have to use DCC ink, film and powder?
The NeoFlex is sold as a matched system — DCC manufactures its own inks, films and adhesives, and the printer, RIP and consumables are profiled together. Running the specified consumables is what keeps color repeatable and keeps warranty support simple. Talk to us before substituting anything in the chain, and let us set up standing replenishment so you are never waiting on a filter or a roll.
What kind of service and support comes with it?
DCC operates US-based field engineers with service ticketing, spare parts and proactive maintenance, plus a training academy and a 7,000 square foot showroom in the Orlando area. The company builds its own equipment and its own consumables and holds ISO-9001, with UL approved safety and OEKO-TEX and GOTS certifications across the range. On our side, River City Supply handles your quote, freight coordination and ongoing consumable supply.
What do I need in the room before it arrives?
Floor space with clearance for roll loading and service access, dedicated electrical service, and reasonably controlled temperature and humidity. Filtration is on board, but confirm your local ventilation requirements anyway. We send a site-readiness worksheet with every quote and review your electrical and floor plan before the machine ships, so nothing gets discovered on the loading dock.
Can I finance it?
Yes. Equipment financing is available through our financing partner, and Section 179 tax advantages may apply to a qualifying purchase. Most shops structure the payment against the outsourced transfer spend the machine replaces — ask us to help build that comparison, and ask your accountant about your specific tax situation.
How does it ship, and what is the lead time?
It is built to order and ships crated by freight. Lead time, crating, liftgate and inside delivery are confirmed on your quote. Message us on Tidio or call (855) 841-9733 for a current build time before you schedule installation or promise a customer a date.
