Standard liquid blockouts are formulated for plastisol environments. In water-based and discharge ink shops, the chemistry is different — and regular blockouts can absorb moisture, soften, and lift mid-run. CCI Aqua Block is engineered to be water-resistant, holding its seal through the repeated water contact inherent in water-based ink printing. High-visibility aqua-blue confirms coverage, and it reclaims cleanly at end of screen life.
