The Graphtec CE8000-60 is the latest generation of Graphtec’s professional vinyl-cutting plotter line — the upgrade to the well-loved CE7000-60. Same trusted Graphtec digital servo drive, same 450gf cutting force, same ARMS contour-cutting accuracy that sign shops have run for years — now with enhanced chassis rigidity, wireless LAN connectivity, a refined touch-panel interface, and improved media-feed assist that prevents lift and shift on long roll runs.
Built for daily production. Cuts cast and calendered vinyl, heat-transfer film, reflective, fluorescent, stencil material, and DTF transfer film up to 0.25mm thick. Includes the floor stand, blade holder, blade, wireless module, accessory case, and Graphtec Studio 2 + Cutting Master 5 design and cut software — everything you need to start producing the day it arrives.
What’s New in the CE8000 Series
Advanced Registration Mark Sensing carried forward from CE7000 with refinements. Reads four-point registration marks for precision print-and-cut accuracy on contour jobs — works with any printer or RIP that outputs Graphtec-format marks.
New for the CE8000 — wireless module included standard. Place the cutter anywhere in the shop without cable runs to the design workstation. Works alongside USB and Ethernet for shop flexibility.
Stiffer frame versus the CE7000 — improved media tracking and edge-to-edge cutting accuracy on long roll runs. Maintains ±0.1mm repeatability across 2-meter plots.
Dual-input control panel — touch icons for menu navigation, physical keys for blind-touch operation while feeding media. Faster changeovers and a more intuitive menu structure than previous generations.
Internal suction fans engage automatically when media is detected — holds material flat during loading, prevents lift and shift on roll feeds, and stabilizes long cuts.
Reads Graphtec barcode marks on printed media and queues multiple cut jobs sequentially. Load a roll, walk away, come back to finished cut work — works with any printer or RIP.
Save cut files to a FAT32 flash drive in Studio 2 or Cutting Master 5 and plug straight into the cutter — no PC tether required for production runs.
Configure job-completion and error notifications to email — useful for unattended production runs and remote shop monitoring.
The tool/accessory compartment now mounts on a magnetic base — relocate or remove it instantly, no screws. The bladeholder uses a sliding stopper for faster blade changes.
