When you need to build a color, match a Pantone, or bring settled ink back to life, the Tornado’s blade does what a sealed-can mixer can’t.

It actually folds color in

The blade folds and kneads pigment all the way through the ink — the only way to truly mix and match custom colors, especially in heavy plastisol. Consistent color, batch after batch.

Gentle on the ink

Reversible turntable action and a gentle blade thoroughly combine ink without whipping in air or splashing it up the bucket walls — so what you mix is what you print.

Right speed for every ink

Solid-state DC control dials 2–45 RPM, and vertical blade-height adjustment lets you set the action for thin water-based or stiff, high-viscosity plastisol.

Production-grade build

A 1/3 HP high-torque motor and heavy-duty industrial construction are made to run every day, wired for 120V or 240V to fit your shop.

How it works

Turntable + blade, no splash

Load the bucket, clamp it, set the speed — the Tornado does the rest.

Self-centering clamps

Adjustable self-centering locking clamps grab 1-gallon and 5-gallon containers securely and keep them centered while the turntable spins. (Double grippers for tapered buckets are available.)

Reversible turntable, folding blade

The turntable reverses direction while a gentle blade folds ink from the walls to the center and back — thorough, even mixing that pulls unmixed pigment and settled ink back into a uniform body.

Slide-on, slide-off blades

Blades change over in seconds with a slide-on/slide-off design, and adjust vertically for the fill level. It ships with a 1-gallon and a 5-gallon blade; 1-quart and 3.5-gallon blades are available.
