Using Rose Gold
Gold, silver, copper, bronze and rose gold add a dressed-up, premium look to apparel. Depending on the line, the finish can be a true metallic, foil-like sheen, glitter, holographic or a flat color in a metallic shade.

How to apply it
- 1Mirror the design and cut with the carrier side down using the Everyday Iron-On setting.
- 2Weed the excess vinyl.
- 3Pre-press the garment for 2-3 seconds.
- 4Cover with a heat transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper and press at 305°F with medium pressure for 10-15 seconds.
- 5Peel the carrier hot or cold.
- 6If any area lifts, cover and re-press for 5-10 seconds.

Is this gold or silver shiny?
It depends on the line. Metallic, glitter and holographic lines have a reflective finish. Standard colors named gold or silver can be a flat color in that shade. See the finish listed for this product.
Can I layer other vinyl on top of a metallic?
Check your line. Siser does not recommend layering Glitter, and several specialty films are top-layer only. Standard and stretch lines layer more easily.
What are the heat press settings for EasyWeed Electric?
305°F (150°C), medium pressure, 10-15 seconds, peel hot or cold. EasyPress users add about 30°.
Is Electric applied differently from regular EasyWeed?
No. It applies just like regular EasyWeed and EasyWeed Stretch.
Can I layer EasyWeed Electric?
Yes. It can be layered with itself and on other layerable materials.
What does the finish look like?
A pearlescent metallic sheen over vibrant color.
What Cricut and Silhouette settings should I use?
Cricut Explore Air and Maker: Vinyl+ / Everyday Iron-On. Silhouette 4 & 5: AutoBlade 3, Heat Transfer Smooth, force 6, speed 8.
Can I apply it with a home iron?
Yes. Set the dial between Cotton and Linen and press each section 10-15 seconds with medium/firm pressure on a hard surface.
How do I wash it?
Wait 24 hours, machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent, dry normal. Do not dry clean or use liquid fabric softener.
