How to apply it
- 1Mirror the design and cut carrier side down using a glitter setting (higher force than EasyWeed).
- 2Weed the excess glitter vinyl.
- 3Pre-press the garment for 2-3 seconds.
- 4Cover with a heat transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper and press at 320°F with medium pressure for 15-20 seconds.
- 5Let it cool at least 15 seconds, then peel the carrier warm.
- 6If any area lifts, cover and re-press for 5-10 seconds.

Why does my new roll of fluorescent look slightly different from my last one?
Fluorescent colors can vary from batch to batch because of how they are made. Order enough for a full job at one time.
Do neon colors fade?
Fluorescent colors are less fade-resistant in sunlight than standard colors. Washing inside out and line drying out of direct sun helps them last.
What are the heat press settings for Siser Glitter?
320°F (160°C), medium pressure, 15-20 seconds, peel warm. EasyPress users add about 30°.
Can I layer Glitter HTV?
Layering Glitter on itself or other materials is not recommended.
Does Siser Glitter shed?
No. It is made to deliver sparkle without glitter flakes coming off.
Can I sublimate on Siser Glitter?
Yes. Cut and tack light-colored Glitter (white, silver or fluorescent work well), peel hot, then press the sublimation transfer on top at the paper’s recommended settings.
What Cricut and Silhouette settings should I use?
Cricut Explore Air and Maker: Glitter Iron-On. Silhouette 4 & 5: AutoBlade 4, Heat Transfer Glitter, force 11, speed 8.
Can I apply it with a home iron?
Yes. Set the dial between Cotton and Linen, use medium/firm pressure on a hard surface, press 15-20 seconds per section and peel warm.
How do I wash Glitter garments?
Wait 24 hours, machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent. Do not dry clean or use liquid fabric softener.
Is Glitter safe for kids’ clothes?
Yes. It is CPSIA certified.
