Printers Choice Puff Additive Non-Phthalate Plastisol Ink

Preparation: Printers Choice Puff Base is ready to use straight from the container.

Fabrics: The Printers Choice Puff Base is meant to be used with 50/50 cotton/polyester blend as well as tri blends and with 100% polyester fabrics.

Application: Printers Choice Puff Base is great for creating a tri-dimensional effect when curing your plastisol ink. Add around 10%-20% of puff base additive to a standard plastisol ink of choice. Great for 3D effects and adding dimension to your prints for screen printing ink.

Curing Temperature: Printers Choice Puff will fully cure at around 270° F for a full minute to a minute and half. For the best results cure at 270°F; curing above this can cause a de-puffing effect.  Printers Choice Puff Base can only be cured at its low temperature when combined with a low temperature cure ink.

Storage: Keep inks indoor and store in a cool area. Recommend storage at 65° F to 90° F (18° C to 32° C).  Avoid storage in direct sunlight or in extreme temperature conditions.
