For even higher production capabilities, Model ER-II-54 boasts a 54-inch (137 cm) wide belt complemented by two 48-inch (122 cm) heaters, offering a remarkable 14,400 watts of curing power. This configuration allows you to cure up to 600 plastisol-printed garments per hour or 200 garments per hour when screen-printed with water-based ink or discharge.*
The EconoRed II dryers are engineered with an advanced top-mounted ventilation system that efficiently filters exhaust air, cools the enclosure’s outer skin, and removes moisture and fumes from the heating chamber.
