Description
Custom Pantone Plastisol Ink, Mixed to Your Exact Color
Brand colors, school colors, a customer’s logo: pick the Pantone, pick the size, and your Inktek plastisol ships mixed and ready for press. No mixing system, no gram scale, and no leftover bases on your shelf.
Exact Pantone match
Choose from 1,400+ Pantone Coated colors. Your ink is mixed to that exact PMS number, with bold color and reliable opacity right out of the container.
Low bleed on every mix
Every custom color is built on a low bleed resin system that resists dye migration on 50/50 blends and polyester, so whites stay white and colors stay true.
Low cure at 280°F
Fuses at 280°F, well below standard plastisol. That means less scorching, less dye migration risk, and faster throughput through your dryer.
Same price, any color
Pantone 185 C costs the same as Cool Gray 9 C. Price is set by container size only, so quoting custom-color jobs is simple.
What’s included
1
One container of Inktek phthalate-free plastisol, mixed to your chosen Pantone, in the size you select.
2
The low cure, low bleed base, standard on every custom mix at no extra charge.
3
Your Pantone number on your order confirmation. Reorder the same color anytime with Order Again in your account.
How to print Inktek custom ink
1. Set up your screen
Use 86–305 monofilament mesh. Go higher for fine detail and a softer hand, lower to lay down more ink for opacity on darks.
2. Print and flash
Print direct and run wet-on-wet with short flash times. When stacking colors, gel between 155°F and 165°F.
3. Cure
Fuse at 280°F for at least 1 minute 30 seconds. Don’t exceed 300°F, which raises the risk of dye migration.
How to order your custom color
1. Pick your size
Select your container size above. Size is the only thing that changes the price.
2. Search your Pantone
Type the number or name, like 186, 7545 or Cool Gray 9, and tap your color. A swatch confirms your pick.
3. Accept and add to cart
Check the custom-mix terms box and add to cart. Production starts once your order comes in.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Custom Pantone plastisol ink FAQ
Does the price change depending on the Pantone color?
No. Every Pantone color costs the same for a given size. You only pay more for a bigger container.
How long until my custom ink ships?
Inktek custom colors are made to order and drop shipped from Wisconsin. Allow 2–4 business days for production, plus transit time to you.
Which Pantone colors can I order?
Any color in the picker, which includes 1,400+ Pantone Coated colors. Type the number or name to find yours. If it isn’t listed, message us on Tidio or call (512) 454-0505 for a custom match quote.
What base is my custom ink mixed on?
Every custom mix is built on a low cure, low bleed base. The low bleed resin resists dye migration on blends and polyester, and the low cure chemistry fuses at 280°F.
Can I change or return a custom color?
No. Each order is mixed to your specified Pantone, so it’s non-refundable and the color can’t be changed once the order is placed. Double-check your PMS number before checkout.
Will it match the color on my screen?
Screens don’t show Pantone colors accurately. Compare your color to a physical Pantone Formula Guide, not your monitor.
What temperature does it cure at?
280°F for at least 1 minute 30 seconds. Don’t exceed 300°F, which increases the risk of dye migration. Verify a full cure with a stretch and wash test.
Will it work on polyester and blends?
Yes. The low bleed base is designed for blends and polyester. Use a blocker underbase on 100% polyester, and always run a test print first.
What mesh count should I use?
86–305 monofilament. Use higher mesh for fine detail and a softer hand, and lower mesh to lay down more ink for opacity.
Is it phthalate-free?
Yes. Inktek Custom Pantone Plastisol Ink is a phthalate-free formula.
How do I reorder the same color?
Use Order Again from your account and your Pantone carries over, or search the same number when you order.
