Mixing
- Stir ink thoroughly before use
- Mix 90% HD Silicone + 10% Catalyst
- Optional: Add up to 10% matte Yama Silicone Pigments
- Mix until fully smooth and uniform
- Allow 5–10 minutes for air bubbles to release
- Only mix what you will print within 4–6 hours
Screen Setup
- Use thick stencil / high-density emulsion build
- Recommended mesh: 30–80 mesh (12–32T)
- Lower mesh = more height
- Use silicone-compatible emulsion and degrease thoroughly
Printing
- Print heavy deposit / multiple strokes
- Print-flash-print to build height
- Flash between layers, do not over-flash
- Keep screens flooded during pauses
- Use roller squeegee between prints for ultra-crisp edges (optional pro trick)

Curing
