✅ Directions for Use

Mixing

• Stir ink thoroughly before use
• Mix 90% HD Silicone + 10% Catalyst
• Optional: Add up to 10% matte Yama Silicone Pigments
• Mix until fully smooth and uniform
• Allow 5–10 minutes for air bubbles to release
• Only mix what you will print within 4–6 hours

Screen Setup

• Use thick stencil / high-density emulsion build
• Recommended mesh: 30–80 mesh (12–32T)
  • Lower mesh = more height
• Use silicone-compatible emulsion and degrease thoroughly

Printing

• Print heavy deposit / multiple strokes
• Print-flash-print to build height
• Flash between layers, do not over-flash
• Keep screens flooded during pauses
• Use roller squeegee between prints for ultra-crisp edges (optional pro trick)

• Pro Tip: For badge-style prints, use a capillary film or build stencil layers.

Curing

• Cure at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 1–2 minutes
• Ensure ink film reaches >250°F (121°C) internally
• Allow full dwell time for maximum build, strength, and stretch
• ✅ Fully cured = maximum durability & HD height
  ❌ Under-curing = weak stretch & adhesion

Best Practices

• ✅ Test print & adjust flash timing
  ✅ Lower mesh = bigger 3D effect
  ✅ Store ink sealed when not printing
  ✅ Ideal for raised logos, performance gear, streetwear
• ❌ Do NOT thin with non-approved chemicals
  ❌ Do NOT mix with plastisol or water-base inks
  ❌ Over-flashing will flatten HD build
