When the job calls for WHITE on dark cotton — bright, opaque, retail-quality white — D-White delivers it in a premixed, ready-to-activate package.
No pigment weighing. No mixing ratios. No formula lookups. Open the container, stir in D-Powder Discharge Activator at 3-6%, and print. The ink discharges the garment dye and replaces it with an intensely bright white embedded in the cotton fibers. Zero surface buildup. Ultra-soft hand feel. The white feels like the fabric itself — because it IS in the fabric.
D-White is the workhorse discharge white for shops that print white on dark cotton daily. It handles three roles without breaking a sweat.
Three Roles — Spot White, Underbase, and Pastel Base
Role 1: Opaque Spot White
The primary use. Print activated D-White for brilliant white text, logos, and graphic fills on dark garments. The highest-demand discharge application.
Role 2: Discharge Underbase
Print activated D-White as the first layer on dark cotton. Flash. The discharged white area becomes a bright, stable foundation for overprinting with
W-Base colors or other compatible ink systems. The discharged white underbase produces brighter, more vivid overprint colors than printing directly on dark fabric.
Role 3: Custom Pastel and Tinted Discharge
Mix D-White with CCI CMS Pigment Concentrates to create custom pastel or tinted discharge colors. The white pigment base lightens the CMS color to pastel tones: pastel pink, pastel blue, pastel lavender, tinted grey, and any light-tone custom shade.

What is the difference between D-White and D-Base?
D-White is a premixed discharge WHITE for opaque white prints and pastels. D-Base is a CLEAR discharge mixing base for custom Pantone-matched colors. Need white → D-White. Need colors → D-Base + CMS Pigments. Stock both.
Can I make pastel discharge colors with D-White?
