Description

Fine-Detail Performance Clear — 225 Mesh on Activewear

EasyPrint Clear 301 bridges the gap between 301C Clear (cotton, 305 mesh) and Stretch Clear 301 (performance, 150-180 mesh). At 225 mesh it delivers fine-detail performance printing that stretch bases at 150-180 mesh cannot achieve.

225 Mesh Capability

Prints through mesh up to 225/inch for finer halftone gradients, detailed logos, and small text on performance fabrics — detail that Stretch Clear’s 150-180 mesh range cannot hold cleanly.

Performance Fabric Elasticity

Formulated with the elastomers needed for stretch and performance fabrics. The print moves with Dri-Fit, activewear blends, and stretch synthetics without cracking.

Pantone Color Matching

Mix with Neo Pigments at up to 15% using the free Matsui CMS for Pantone-matched colors on performance fabrics.

Bridges Cotton and Performance

305 mesh cotton (301C Clear) on one end. 150-180 mesh standard stretch (Stretch Clear) on the other. EasyPrint Clear at 225 mesh sits between the two for fine-detail performance work.

Zero Viscosity Modifications

Ready from the container on manual and automatic presses. Standard Matsui additives compatible.

Full Additive Compatibility

Compatible with Retarder MG, Fixer WF-N, Softener MG, Quick Additive.

Best Use Cases

Fine-Detail Activewear

Detailed logos, small text, and halftone gradients on performance fabrics at 225 mesh where standard stretch clears would sacrifice detail.

Multi-Substrate Shops

Paired with 301C Clear for cotton, EasyPrint Clear covers performance fabrics — the same Neo Pigments and CMS formulas apply to both.

Simulated Process on Performance Fabrics

For multi-color halftone work on activewear where the higher mesh count of EasyPrint Clear vs Stretch Clear allows better tonal reproduction.

Compatible Matsui Additives

All additives below are compatible. Do not exceed 15% total additives by weight. PVC-free, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Pro Tips & Critical Notes

Blocker for Dark Polyester

Print Blocker Gray or Blocker Black LG first for dark polyester, flash, then print EasyPrint Clear colors.

Fixer WF-N for Activewear

Add Fixer WF-N at 1-5% or use Quick Additive at 6-9% for wash durability on activewear.
