✅ Screen Mesh: Works best with 110-305 mesh (43-120 cm) monofilament polyester.
✅ Stencil Type: Requires solvent-proof or water-soluble emulsion.
✅ Squeegee: Use a sharp 65-75 durometer blade for optimal ink transfer.
Drying Time
✅ Air Dry: 10-20 minutes at room temperature.
✅ Force Dry: 90°-150°F (32°-66°C) in seconds.
Thinning & Additives
✅ TW-1073 or TW-11017 Thinner: Use for viscosity adjustments (5-10% max).
✅ TW-1091 Retarder: Add for fine details or slow print cycles (5-10% max).
