Technical Specifications
Recommended Printing Specifications
- Screen Mesh: Works best with 110-305 mesh (43-120 cm) monofilament polyester.
- Stencil Type: Requires solvent-proof or water-soluble emulsion.
- Squeegee: Use a sharp 65-75 durometer blade for optimal ink transfer.
- Drying Time:
- Air dry: 10-20 minutes at room temperature.
- Force dry: 90°-150°F (32°-66°C) in seconds.
- Thinning & Additives:
- Use TW-1073 or TW-11017 Thinner for viscosity adjustments (5-10% max).
- For fine details or slow print cycles, add TW-1091 Retarder (5-10% max).
- TW-2919 Adhesion Promoter improves chemical resistance but reduces pot life to 4-6 hours.
