The Alpha Series by Matsui is a revolutionary 15 color mixing system in which all the water based colors in the system are Ready For Use. Not only does that mean they can be printed individually, Matsui has created the system to work directly with your Pantone Color Book to mix completely unique colors without needing software – making this system the quickest and most economical way to create custom colors.   Alpha series inks can also be printed on top of a white water base ink or discharge underbase.  You can also use this system on dark cotton fabrics by adding discharge agent into the ink at 3% to 5%.

Kit will include both coated and uncoated pantone books. Pantone books will drop ship from the manufacture allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.

Application:

Print through mesh up to 230 mc in (90 mc cm) and cure at 320°F (160°C).

Special Recommends:

Infinity Colors should be mixed in clean vessels using clean mixing blades and utensils. Any contaminaton from other ink sources or non-approved additives could make Infinity Colors test positive for restricted PVC’s.

  • Use Retarder MG 1-3% to help with open me in the screen
  • Use Fixer WF-N 1-3% to help with wash fastness
  • Use Softener MG 1-5% to help penetrate in to the garment
  • Use Fixer L 1-3% with low curing fabrics or electric dryers
