Technical Specifications – Matsui Soft Stretch White:

Application:

  • Print through fine screen mesh (150~180/inch recommended) when cured at 320°F (160°C), Soft Stretch White produces soft and “Silicone-like” prints.
  • For print on dark-colored polyester, apply Under Base Blocker first, flash, and then print Soft Stretch White onto it.

Special Recommendations:

  • Soft Stretch White should be mixed in clean vessels using clean mixing blades and utensils. Contamination from other ink sources or non-approved additives may result in positive tests for restricted PVC’s.
  • Prints made with Soft Stretch White can be ironed.

Mixing Recommendations:

  • Use Retarder MG 1-5% to extend open time on the screen.
  • Use Fixer WF-N 1-5% to enhance wash fastness.
  • Add Thickener B 0.25-1% to thicken the ink as needed.
  • Use RV Additive 1-3% to adjust the viscosity.

Additionally, you have the option to add 6%-9% Quick Additive, which contains Fixer WF-N, Retarder MG, and Softener MG, to further enhance performance and achieve desired printing effects.
