Application: Print through fine screen mesh (150~180/inch recommended) when cured at 320°F (160°C), Matsui Stretch White produces soft and “Silicone-like” prints. For printing on dark-colored polyester, it is recommended to first print an Under Base Blocker, flash it, and then apply Matsui Stretch White on top.
Special Recommendations: Matsui Stretch White should be mixed in clean vessels using clean mixing blades and utensils. Avoid any contamination from other ink sources or non-approved additives, as it may affect the ink’s performance.
Printing Instructions:
- Print through fine screen mesh (150~180/inch recommended).
- Cure at 320°F (160°C) for the best results.
- For dark-colored polyester, use an Under Base Blocker before applying Matsui Stretch White.
Mixing Ratio: Matsui Stretch White can be mixed with up to 15% Matsui Neo Pigments to achieve a wide range of color shades.
