The staff of River City Graphic Supply is taking the growing Coronavirus pandemic very seriously. At this time, we will remain open and continue to provide supplies and equipment to our customers. Out of concern for everyone, please make use of our online ordering system or call in your orders. We will still ship out all online orders daily. Additionally, we will continue to offer in-store pickup as an option on the website however instead of coming inside to pick up your order, please call upon arrival and we will bring your products to your car. This is to help minimize the physical contact with our office area and reduce the spread of germs.
We are doing our part to help reduce the risk of this or any virus to any of customers or staff. We appreciate your help with this and as always we truly appreciate your business! Stay well and prosper!
Notice to Beginners Screen Printing Class registrants
At this time, River City Graphic Supply is still planning to host our Beginners Screen Printing Class on March 28th. We understand the growing concern with the current pandemic and the increased call for “Social Distancing”. Although the class will be a small group, we will consider cancelling or postponing it if that appears to be the best course of action. We will make a final decision about the class no later than the beginning of the week before the class is scheduled to happen. If we cancel, we would like our customers that are already registered and have paid the class fee to know that we will provide a full reimbursement. If we postpone, we are offering either to continue to hold your spot in the class for the rescheduled date or a reimbursement of your fee. If you choose the reimbursement, you are welcome to re-register for the class when a new date is announced. We will contact all of our registered participants immediately if any change in the schedule is decided upon. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
