Technical Specifications
Directions for Mixing Printers Choice Part A Ink Remover and Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate – Standard Dilution:
Step 1: Gather Materials:
- Printers Choice Part A Ink Remover (30 gallons)
- Printers Choice Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate (1 quart)
- Clean and labeled containers or mixing vessels for each component
- Measuring utensils (graduated cylinders or measuring spoons)
Step 2: Measure Part A Ink Remover:
- Using a measuring utensil or a graduated cylinder, carefully measure 30 gallons of Printers Choice Part A Ink Remover into a clean and labeled container. Ensure accurate measurements to achieve the desired mixture.
Step 3: Measure Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate:
- Using a separate measuring utensil, measure 1 quart of Printers Choice Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate into another clean and labeled container. Again, accuracy in measurements is essential for the correct dilution.
Step 4: Mixing the Dilution:
- Slowly pour the measured 1 quart of Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate into the container with 30 gallons of Part A Ink Remover.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly using a stir stick or a mixing utensil to ensure complete blending of Part A and Part C. Continue stirring until the two components are fully combined, resulting in a uniform solution.
Step 5: Measure and Add Water:
- Using a measuring utensil, carefully measure 69.75 gallons of water.
- Slowly pour the measured water into the container with the mixed Part A and Part C solution.
- Stir the mixture again to ensure the water is evenly distributed throughout the solution, creating the standard dilution.
Step 6: Ready for Use:
- The mixed standard dilution of Printers Choice Part A Ink Remover and Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate is now ready for use in your screen cleaning and reclaiming process.
