Matsui discharge bases and white inks produce the softest prints physically possible in textile screen printing. The discharge chemistry removes garment dye from dark 100% cotton and replaces it with your color — embedded directly in the fibers with zero ink film on the surface. Brite Discharge Base for bold designs and large fills through 160 mesh. HM Discharge Base for fine detail, halftones, and small text through 230 mesh. 301DM Discharge Binder for shops that need one product that works as both water-based on light garments and discharge on dark cotton. Brite Discharge White for maximum brightness. HM Discharge White for the softest hand feel through 305 mesh. Brite Super 75 White pre-mixed for convenience. Mix any discharge base with up to 15% Neo Pigments and use free Matsui CMS software to create custom Pantone discharge colors. Add 3-8% Discharge Activator before printing. 12-hour pot life once activated. 100% cotton with reactive dyes only. Water-resistant emulsion required. PVC-free and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
