Pre-stretched aluminum screen printing frames with precision-tensioned mesh — ready to coat with emulsion and start printing. Available in multiple frame sizes and mesh counts: use 110 mesh for heavy white underbase deposits, 156 mesh for general spot-color printing, 200–230 mesh for fine halftone detail, and 305 mesh for CMYK process work. Not sure which mesh count to choose? Lower mesh = more ink, bolder coverage. Higher mesh = finer detail, softer hand feel.
