Printing Guidelines for Inktek Chrome Plastisol Ink:

Step 1: Screen Preparation

Use a clean, tensioned screen with a mesh count up to 305, depending on the level of detail and ink deposit needed.

Step 2: Ink Application

Stir the ink thoroughly before use.
Print wet-on-wet for multi-color designs or use as a standalone metallic effect.
For colored garments, a white underbase is recommended for maximum brightness.

Step 3: Curing for Durability

Cure at 320°F (160°C) for at least 2 minutes to fully set the ink.
Since chrome inks reflect heat, you may need to slow the dryer belt to ensure a proper cure all the way through.
Test ink cure before production to ensure full adhesion and durability.

Step 4: Cold Peel Transfer Option

Heat ink to 240-260°F (115-127°C) on release paper, then apply as a cold peel transfer for additional versatility.

Step 5: Cleanup & Storage

Clean screens with eco-friendly spray wipes or ink degradents.
Store ink in a cool, dry place between 65°F-90°F (18°C-32°C) to maintain consistency.
