Copyright Our Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) are entered into by and between you and Supacolor (“Supacolor,” or “we,” or “us,” or “our”). Supacolor provides a range of services that enable you to order high-quality heat transfers with almost any design of your choice (hereinafter, “Services”). We make our Services available through our website: https://supacolor.com/ By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement and Supacolor’s Privacy Policy IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, OR DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES. By entering into this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are least 18 years old. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind this legal entity. IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you own, have legally licensed, or have the requisite rights to reproduce all the designs you provide us with (hereinafter, “Content”). You hereby grant us, our websites, and third-party affiliates, a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, assignable and sublicensable limited license, to manufacture and produce your Content for you through our Services. If Supacolor seeks to use, display, publish, or distribute your Content in any format now known or later developed for the purpose of promoting our Services, it will first obtain your prior written approval. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENT THAT YOU SUBMIT THROUGH OUR SERVICES. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU OWN OR HAVE OBTAINED ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN YOUR CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RIGHT TO MANUFACTURE, DISTRIBUTE OR SELL PRODUCTS THAT INCLUDE YOUR CONTENT. Further, you represent and warrant that: You provide us with rights as set forth in these Terms; Your Content and the manufacture, distribution or sale of products that include your Content does not and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or legal entity, including without limitation any copyright, moral rights, trademark, patent, right of publicity or right of privacy; Your Content is free of false, inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, defamatory or libelous obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy, in violation of anyone’s rights, including their privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable materials; Your Content is accurate, not misleading or otherwise deceptive. SUPACOLOR DOES NOT REVIEW THE CONTENT, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE BY YOU THROUGH OUR SERVICES. HOWEVER, SUPACOLOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXAMINE OR EVALUATE THE CONTENT AND TO REFUSE TO COMPLETE OUR SERVICES IF WE DETERMINE THE CONTENT VIOLATES THESE TERMS OR OUR RULES, POLICIES OR PROCEDURES. You understand that our Services are based on the Content submitted by users that may be in the form of designs, images, pictures, text, photographs, graphics, or other materials submitted, posted, published, displayed through our Services. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE FULLFILING YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND NOT VIOLATING ANYONE’S RIGHTS OR BREAKING ANY APPLICABLE LAWS BY SUBMITTING THE CONTENT THROUGH OUR SERVICES. As long as you are in compliance with these Terms and our rules, policies and procedures, Supacolor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license, without right of sublicense, to use our Services solely for the purposes intended under these Terms. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOUR WORK HAS BEEN COPIED IN A WAY THAT CONSTITUTES INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, OR IF YOU SEE ANY INFRINGING CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR SERVICES, PLEASE CONTACT US AT [email protected]. Ganged Artwork Supagang is the only option we offer for Supacolor transfers. It is offered in three different types: Wearables, SubBlocker, and Soft Shell Blocker. Customers will need to select the “GANG-SHEET 11.7” x 16.5“ ” sheet size to qualify for the ganged option. Choosing any other option will require a cancellation of the current order, and a new order will have to be replaced correctly. Also, Supagang artwork is required to be ganged prior to submitting your order. Artwork Guidelines Recommended Vector Files : AI, EPS Recommended Raster Files: PNG, TIFF, PDF, PSD 300 dpi is required for all raster files. Artwork must be submitted without a background color. Vector redraw services are available if you do not have print quality artwork. All artwork will be printed in CMYK. For any artwork submitted in RGB, colors are subject to change when converted to CMYK. Please note that this can change the overall look of your design. Artwork with effects such as transparency, glows, fades, drop shadows, neon colors, or glitter are either subject to cancellation or will require artwork alterations to be able to be printed. Your design cannot be larger than the sheet size you selected. Production Time Average production time is 2-4 business days. During periods of high production volume, please expect anywhere from 4-7 business days instead. SupaColor orders will ship via Fedex 2-Day Air once completed. Currently no rush services are available. Cancellation Policy All customers understand that any order place and submitted can not be revised or cancelled.  Additional Information We do NOT recommend the Cricut Easy Press or any manual heat press (home iron) for applying Supacolor transfers. Letting us know the color of your garment will ensure we produce this transfer perfectly for your garment. Incorrect garment information can lead to issues with your final printed transfers. SupaColor is considered a custom product which makes it non-returnable product. See Supacolor Return Policy for more information. Pricing discounts only apply to each singular job / artwork. These are custom printed items, so cash at pickup is not an option when ordering.
