Directions for Using AlbaChem® 1787 Premium Mist Adhesive on Press

1. Prepare the Pallet

• Ensure the platen is clean and free from lint, ink, or debris.
• If needed, wipe it down with a mild cleaner before applying the adhesive.

2. Shake the Can Well

• Before each use, shake the can for 10-15 seconds to ensure even distribution of the adhesive.

3. Spray Application

• Hold the can 10-12 inches away from the platen.
• Spray a light, even mist across the printing area in a sweeping motion.
• Avoid excessive spraying to prevent buildup.

4. Let the Adhesive Set

• Allow a few seconds for the adhesive to become tacky before placing the t-shirt on the platen.

5. Position the T-Shirt

• Lay the garment smoothly onto the platen, pressing lightly to secure it in place.
• If adjustments are needed, the adhesive provides a repositionable tack.

6. Printing and Reapplication

• The adhesive holds up well through multiple prints and flashes.
• Reapply only when necessary, typically after several prints or when the tack starts to fade.

7. Clean-Up

• To remove excess adhesive buildup, use AlbaChem Adhesive Remover or a mild solvent on the platen.
