Directions for using Sprayway 040 Glass Cleaner on an exposure unit for screen printing:
1. Ensure that the exposure unit is turned off and cooled down before starting the cleaning process.
2. Shake the bottle of Sprayway 040 Glass Cleaner to ensure proper mixing of the cleaning solution.
3. Position yourself close to the glass surface of the exposure unit that you wish to clean.
4. Hold the bottle upright and aim the spray nozzle at the glass surface, ensuring a distance of approximately 6-8 inches.
5. Press the trigger firmly to release a fine mist of the glass cleaner onto the glass surface. Start with a small area to test compatibility and avoid excessive saturation or runoff.
6. Allow the cleaner to sit on the glass surface for a few seconds to penetrate and loosen any dirt, dust, or ink residue.
7. Take a lint-free cloth or paper towel and gently wipe the glass surface in a circular motion or in straight lines to remove the loosened dirt and residue.
8. For stubborn residue or ink stains, you may need to apply a bit more pressure or repeat the cleaning process. Avoid using excessive force or abrasive materials that could scratch or damage the glass surface.
9. Once the glass surface is clean, inspect for any remaining residue or streaks. If necessary, reapply the glass cleaner to specific areas and repeat the wiping process until the surface is thoroughly clean and clear.
10. After cleaning, use a dry, lint-free cloth or paper towel to give a final wipe and remove any excess moisture or cleaner residue.
11. Turn on the exposure unit and allow it to fully dry before using it for screen exposure.
Note: It is important to properly clean the glass surface of your exposure unit regularly to ensure accurate and high-quality screen exposures. Avoid using ammonia-based cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the glass or affect the performance of the exposure unit.
Achieve optimal results and enjoy a clean and clear glass surface on your exposure unit with the powerful cleaning action of Sprayway 040 Glass Cleaner.
