Franmar Bean-e-doo® Plastisol Ink Remover – Soy-Based, Low-Odor Ink Cleaner for Screen Printers

Directions for using Franmar Bean-e-doo Plastisol Ink Remover:

1. Begin by applying a minimal amount of Franmar Bean-e-doo Plastisol Ink Remover onto the screen. You can spray it or pour it directly onto the ink.
2. Use a chemical brush or a dedicated pad to scrub the ink on the screen. Ensure thorough coverage and work the ink remover into the ink stains.
3. Flip the screen and repeat the process on the back of the screen image. This step ensures that both sides of the screen are effectively treated.
4. Once the ink has been scrubbed on both sides of the screen, rinse the screen thoroughly with pressured water. A hose with a pressurized nozzle is ideal for this step.

Note: Franmar Bean-e-doo Plastisol Ink Remover does not evaporate like traditional solvents. It is essential to rinse the screen with water or wipe it clean with a damp shop towel to remove any oil residue from the ink remover.

Additional Information:

• For the best results, use a chemical brush to effectively work the ink remover into the ink stains. A nylon brush can also be used as an alternative.
• To enhance the effectiveness of the ink remover, brush it in with water. The combination of the ink remover and water will help break down the ink and make the cleaning process more efficient.
