The Vastex E-2000 (52×36) is Vastex’s highest-output LED exposure system — twelve 30″ high-output LED bars expose screens up to 52″×36″, or two 25″×36″ screens at once. A ring-blower vacuum draws the blanket down in 4–6 seconds and an LCD touchscreen stores up to 10 presets for one-tap production burns. Exposes any emulsion as fast as metal halide at about 20% the power; 50,000+ hour LEDs. 120V or 240V.

What is the Vastex E-2000 (52×36)?

Vastex’s largest LED exposure unit — twelve high-output LED bars that expose screens up to 52″×36″, or two 25″×36″ screens at the same time.

Can it really expose two screens at once?

Yes — the 52×36 bed fits two 25×36 screens side by side, so you can double screen-room output or burn oversized/all-over screens.

How fast is the vacuum?

The ring blower draws the blanket down in 4–6 seconds for tight contact, even on large frames.

What are the presets for?

The LCD touchscreen saves up to 10 exposure recipes so any operator gets a perfect, repeatable burn with one tap.

How is it different from the 25×36 E-2000?

Same touchscreen and ring blower, but twice the light bars and a much larger bed. If you don’t need 52×36, the 25×36 model is more compact.

What emulsions can it expose?

Any emulsion, and it resists plastisol, water-based and solvent inks.

How do I find the right exposure time for my screens?
