The ROQ Bag T-Shirt Bagging Machine (ROQBAG) is a high-speed automatic bagging solution designed to package folded garments quickly, consistently, and without manual labor. Built to handle all types of woven fabrics and garment formats, the ROQBAG streamlines post-press finishing while delivering a clean, professional presentation.

The ROQBAG can operate as a standalone unit or work fully synchronized with the ROQFOLD folding machine. When connected to ROQFOLD, no dedicated operator is required—both machines automatically match speeds for smooth, continuous production. If running independently, the machine simply needs to be supplied with folded garments.

Compatible with bags with or without auto-sticking flaps, the ROQBAG adapts easily to different packaging styles. For bags with an auto-sticking flap, the machine removes the protective tape and folds the flap automatically for a polished finish. For standard bags, the ROQBAG applies one or two adhesive tape points to securely close each package.

The system accepts folded garments up to 600 × 400 mm with a maximum height of 80 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of apparel items. Controlled through a user-friendly digital control panel, the ROQBAG is easy to set up and operate, even in fast-paced production environments.

With a production speed of up to 600 pieces per hour, the ROQBAG dramatically reduces labor while maintaining consistent, retail-ready results. When paired with the optional ROQBOX module, bagged garments roll out organized and ready for shipment.
