Do the tabletop V1000 models (V1-T11, V1-T14) ship differently?
Yes — the V1-T11 (1-color/1-station) and V1-T14 (1-color/4-station) tabletop configurations ship via UPS or FedEx ground at no freight surcharge. Yes — the V1000 is expandable up to 8 colors / 8 stations. You can add print heads and pallet stations to increase your color count as your shop grows. This is one of the key advantages of the Vastex design — you don’t have to replace the press to grow.
What size screens does the V1000 accept?
The V1000 accepts screen frames up to 25″ wide with standard clamps (23″ with side clamps installed) and up to 28″ frame height. This accommodates virtually all standard manual screen printing frames used in commercial garment printing.
Does the V1000 come with pallets?
Yes — the V1000 includes standard 14″ × 16″ steel pallets with rubber tops for each print station. Additional pallets, specialty sizes, and sleeve/cap pallets are available as accessories.
What warranty does the V1000 come with?
The Vastex V1000 includes a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. Note that the V2000HD carries a significantly longer 25-year warranty — this is one of the key differences between the two press lines.
