Medium-Wavelength Infrared
Closely-spaced coils deliver high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat — the wavelength range best absorbed by screen-printing inks. Raises the ink temperature directly, not the air, for the fastest cure without cold spots or under-curing.
15-Year Heater Warranty
Every Vastex heater carries an industry-leading 15-year warranty — the longest warranty in the industry. Vastex has been designing and building infrared dryers in Bethlehem, PA since 1960.
Digital PID with Fuzzy Logic ±1°F
The PID temperature controller on this dryer uses fuzzy logic — the industry’s most advanced temperature control — accurate to ±1°F. Fuzzy logic anticipates load changes (garment thickness, belt speed, stacked passes) and adjusts heater output smoothly, eliminating the temperature overshoot and hunting that conventional PID controls produce on high-output dryers.
Teflon-Coated Fiberglass Belt
Industry-standard Teflon-coated fiberglass conveyor belt shrugs off ink drips, solvent splashes, and years of hard use. Replacement belts are in-stock and ship same day.
