ROQ OUT – 3 in 1 Packaging System – Coming Soon

ROQ OUT is an automatic folding, packaging, and labeling machine. The ROQ OUT provides a complete 3 in 1 solution, primarily for T-shirts, sweaters, and polos.  The ROQ OUT can boost any business, the ROQ OUT can be customized according to the customers’ needs. The final dimensions of the folded piece can be adjusted in 3 positions by changing the folding plates and adjusting the fold position.  Non-standard dimensions between the minimum and maximum limit can be achieved by customizing the machine.  In the packaging phase, the ROQ OUT uses rolls of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or polypropylene (PP) plastic film, 40 to 60 microns thick, previously folded in two layers, with the possibility of using poly mailer plastic.  The operator automatically adjusts the bag’s dimensions on the interface. The length is set according to the width of the film roll being used.  The label is placed on the last station. The content of the label is set on the machine console or on the direct supplied computer using their ERP.  After labeling, the piece is ready!
