Vastex V1000 Double Sleeve Pallets – High-Efficiency Pallets for Sleeve & Small Garment Printing

Vastex V1000 Double Sleeve Pallets are built to increase production efficiency by allowing screen printers to print two sleeves with a single squeegee stroke. Designed for use with Vastex V1000 manual screen printing presses, these pallets feature an extended printing surface past the mounting point, making them ideal for sleeves and other narrow or small-format items.

The elevated design works well for short sleeves, infant and toddler garments, short pant legs, canvas bags, towels, knit beanies, and similar specialty items. By eliminating the need to stretch garments over a pallet arm, loading is faster and garment distortion is reduced.

Constructed from never-warp, high-strength steel, V1000 Double Sleeve Pallets are built for long-term durability in production environments. A quick-release system with side ruler allows for fast, repeatable positioning, while the neck guide helps ensure accurate garment alignment.

The heat- and solvent-resistant rubber top provides excellent grip during printing and is fully replaceable when worn. A 4-bolt adjustable pallet arm (included) allows for precise alignment and stable mounting on your press.
