Geo Knight DK16A Auto Release 14″x16” Clamshell Heat Press is a professional-grade heat press designed for decorators who want semi-automatic performance without the need for an air compressor. Featuring AUTO-RELEASE “Pop-Up” technology, this press automatically opens at the end of the time cycle, preventing over-application and increasing production efficiency.
Perfect for DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), sublimation, plastisol transfers, and specialty films, the DK16A delivers consistent pressure and even heat distribution in a compact 14″ x 16″ format. The built-in “Hover” feature allows the platen to float above the garment when lowered without full clamping, making it ideal for curing applications and delicate materials.
Unlike traditional clamshell presses, the DK16A’s upper platen raises up and away from the lower table, providing superior access for garment loading. The All-Thread™ table loading design allows operators to slide garments over the lower platen for improved alignment and workflow efficiency.
