Geo Knight Digital Knight DK20A Auto Release 16″ x 20″ Clamshell Heat Press is a professional-grade automatic heat press designed for high-efficiency apparel decoration. Built for DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), plastisol transfers, and sublimation printing, the DK20A delivers commercial performance with the added convenience of automatic pop-up release — no air compressor required.
The AUTO-RELEASE “Pop-Up” feature transforms your workflow. Simply close the press, and when the digital timer cycle ends, the platen automatically opens. This prevents over-pressing, reduces scorching, and increases production efficiency — especially in busy print shops running multiple garments at once.
The DK20A also includes the exclusive “Hover” function, allowing the heat platen to suspend over the garment without full clamping pressure. This makes it ideal for curing DTF transfers, preheating garments, or specialty applications where heat without pressure is required.
Its 16″ x 20″ clamshell design offers full access to the lower table, and unlike typical clamshell presses, the heat platen lifts up and away from the loading area for superior garment positioning. The All-Thread™ table loading design allows shirts to slide easily over the lower platen, providing complete drape space underneath to reduce marks and improve workflow. Optional interchangeable bottom tables are available for smaller pressing areas.
