Application & Storage Guidelines:
- Recommended Fabrics: Ideal for light-colored 100% cotton or cotton/polyester blends. Utilize an underbase when printing on dark fabrics.
- Ink Application: Colors are ready for printing without modifications. If thinning is needed, add Curable Reducer (1% to 5% by volume).
- Screen Mesh & Emulsion: Optimal results with mesh counts ranging from 110 to 305. Use any direct or indirect lacquer resistant emulsion. Consider 35 to 70 micron capillary film for superior outcomes.
- Squeegee: For excellent results, use a 60-70 Durometer squeegee with a sharp edge. Alternatively, a 70-90-70 or 60-90-60 Triple Durometer squeegee with a sharp edge is recommended.
- Cure Temperature: Cure at 270 degrees for one to one and a half minutes, covering the entire ink film. Perform dryer temperature testing and wash tests on printed products before and during production.
- Clean-up: Utilize Printers Choice Ink Degradant or any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash for effective clean-up.
- Ink Container Storage: Store ink containers in a controlled environment between 65°F to 90°F (18°C to 32°C). Avoid direct sunlight exposure and ensure containers are securely sealed.
