Printers Choice

Introducing Printers Choice SE050 Curable Reducer, the ultimate solution for fine-tuning your plastisol ink for optimal printing results. Designed with precision and innovation, this curable reducer is a game-changer in the world of screen printing.

Printers Choice Curable Reducer is crafted to reduce the viscosity of plastisol ink, providing you with a smoother, more manageable consistency without compromising on color vibrancy. Unlike traditional ink reducers, our formula maintains the integrity of the ink’s color, ensuring your designs pop with every print.

With its ability to lower fusion temperatures, our Curable Reducer streamlines the printing process by reducing flash times, saving you valuable production time while enhancing efficiency. By thinning the ink and improving flow, it facilitates seamless printing, allowing you to achieve crisp, precise results with ease.

But that’s not all – our Curable Reducer goes beyond just improving viscosity. It also contributes to the soft hand of plastisol ink, delivering a luxurious, flexible feel to your printed designs. Whether you’re working on intricate details or bold graphics, this reducer enhances the overall quality and comfort of your prints.

For optimal results, we recommend adding Printers Choice SE050 Curable Reducer at a ratio of five to ten percent. Exceeding this recommendation may impact the intensity of ink color, so it’s essential to find the perfect balance for your specific printing needs.

Elevate your screen printing game with Printers Choice SE050 Curable Reducer – the ultimate solution for achieving impeccable prints with ease and efficiency. Try it today and experience the difference firsthand!

Screen Mesh:
-Printers Choice High Opacity series plastisol inks may be printed through meshes ranging up to 305 monofilament dependent upon the desired effect. Though monofilament is recommended, multifilament may also be used.

-Printers Choice High Opacity series plastisol inks are recommended to be fused at 325oF. Remember that plastisol fusion is a time/ temperature process. Printers Choice High Opacity series inks may be flashed from 240-260oF, followed by complete fusion in a conventional oven for direct printing; or gelling at 240-260oF on release paper for cold peel transfers.

Extending With Neutral or Clear Base:
-Printers Choice High Opacity series plastisols are formulated for maximum opacity when printing onto black or dark colored fabrics. Printers Choice High Opacity series plastisols can be extended with HO044 Neutral extender or SE014 Soft Hand Clear when printing on white or light colored textiles.

HO044 Neutral Extender VS SE014 Soft Hand Clear
-Extending Printers Choice High Opacity series inks with HO044 does not affect printing properties, and colors extended with HO044 Neutral Extender are more suitable for printing wet-on-wet on top of a flashed underbase than are those extended with SE014 Process Clear. However, colors extended with SE014 Process Clear have easier printability and a softer hand than the standard Printers Choice High Opacity series inks or colors extended with HO040 Neutral Extender.
