Vastex D-1000 26” Wide Conveyor Dryer
Entry level tabletop dryer with 26” wide conveyor belt cures up to 110 plastisol-printed garments or 50 discharge-printed garments per hour. Adjustable heater height/angle, heat intensity and belt speed provide full operator control. 120V or 240V models. Dense coil pattern, heater shields and a 6.35 watt per sq-in infrared heater eliminate hot and cold spots and provide the power you need to get the job done.
NOTE: As of June 2022 – Vastex has change the lid of all D-100 & D-1000 conveyer dryers. They will now have a new lid with that will have about an 3″ open hole on the top to offer a powered exhaust option that will mount directly without any modification. Sold separately.

The D-100 has a tilting heater design which works great for curing hats or mugs.
The Plug on the D-1000 120V is NEMA 5-20p. Additional wiring may be required to get it to work with a standard wall plug.
