Siser EasyPSV Permanent 24” Canary Yellow is the Canary Yellow color of Siser EasyPSV Permanent, sold 24″ wide. Light adhesive vinyl colors are made for dark surfaces.
Siser EasyPSV Permanent is the original 3 mil gloss adhesive vinyl for decals on glass, wood, plastic, metal and ceramic. It has a permanent adhesive on a 78# kraft liner, lasts up to 5 years outdoors and applies at 40°F or warmer. Siser has since moved its permanent adhesive vinyl to EasyPSV Starling.
Using Canary Yellow
Light adhesive vinyl colors are made for dark surfaces. They give strong contrast on black tumblers, dark vehicles, chalkboards and tinted or dark glass.
How to apply it
- 1Clean the surface with about 2 parts water to 1 part 70%+ isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth; let it dry.
- 2Place the vinyl liner side down and cut the design. Do not mirror.
- 3Weed away the excess vinyl.
- 4Apply EasyPSV Application Tape over the design and burnish with a squeegee.
- 5Lift the tape and vinyl off the paper liner to expose the adhesive.
- 6Position on a surface that is 40°F or warmer and burnish firmly.

Will a light color show on a clear window?
It reads best when the space behind the glass is dark. On bright backgrounds a darker color is easier to read.
What surfaces do light colors work best on?
Dark surfaces: black tumblers, dark vehicles, chalkboards and tinted glass.
Is EasyPSV Permanent the same as EasyPSV Starling?
No. Starling is a newer Avery Dennison-made film with a clear acrylic adhesive, matte and gloss colors and top-rack dishwasher durability. Siser's EasyPSV Permanent page now leads to Starling.
How long does it last outdoors?
Up to 5 years, depending on climate and UV exposure.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. It is not recommended for the dishwasher or microwave. For dishwasher-safe drinkware, use EasyPSV Starling.
Do I mirror the design?
No. Cut it right-reading with the liner side down.
What is the coldest temperature I can apply it in?
40°F.
Can I put it on painted walls?
No. The permanent adhesive may harm drywall or other painted surfaces.
How do I remove it from glass?
Soak the decal with soapy water, cover it with plastic wrap for a few hours, then peel. Clean leftover residue with an adhesive remover. Do not heat glass.
