What makes Quick Rip different from the 321 Blockout Tape?

Quick Rip’s key differentiator is its backing — specifically engineered for fast snap-tear application. The 321 also tears by hand, but Quick Rip’s backing is optimized for the fastest possible clean tear. Both have clean-release adhesive and work for frame masking and mesh blockout.

How many rolls per case?

The 3″ Quick Rip comes 24 rolls per case. 2″ = 36/case, 3″ = 24/case.

Does it hold on automatic presses?

Yes. Quick Rip holds firmly through automatic press cycles including mechanical vibration and high squeegee pressure.

Can I use it inside frame channels?

Yes. If you want the non-adhesive zone against the frame channel for even cleaner removal, the 451 Split Tape is the better choice — but Quick Rip removes cleanly from frames as well.

Is there residue after removal?

No. PMI Quick Rip’s clean-release adhesive leaves no sticky deposits on mesh or frames. No solvent required.
