Most water-based pallet adhesives are freeze-sensitive: if the product freezes in transit or storage, it separates and cannot be used. TexTac is specifically formulated to be freeze/thaw stable, meaning it ships safely in cold weather and can be stored in unheated warehouses or delivery vehicles without damage. When lint from garments builds up on the adhesive surface, don’t reapply — instead, use a damp sponge to wipe lint off the surface. The TexTac stays bonded to the pallet tape underneath and is re-exposed, fully tacky. Flash briefly and keep printing. Chromaline specifically notes you may be able to use the same teaspoon of TexTac all week on a single pallet before the tape needs replacing.

Non-Transferable — No Residue on Garments

TexTac’s pressure-sensitive chemistry holds garments in registration without transferring adhesive to the fabric. Garments lift cleanly off the pallet. No sticky backing, no adhesive residue on shirts, no garment rejection. The adhesive stays where it belongs: on the pallet.

TexTac is specifically listed for both screen printing and embroidery applications.
