Description
Vastex D100 Conveyor Dryer
Compact, Portable Tabletop Dryer for Live Events & Hobbyists
Same Dryer. Better Experience.
You can buy this Vastex dryer directly from the factory, or you can buy it from us — for the same price, with an added layer of support from a team that’s been running screen print shops since 2008. Here’s what you get:
Same or Better Pricing Than the Manufacturer
We match or beat Vastex direct pricing on every dryer — no markup for going through a dealer. You get the same equipment with an added layer of service. If you find a lower advertised price, call us and we’ll match it.
An Extra Layer of Support
Vastex builds great equipment, but when you need to troubleshoot a belt tracking issue at 4pm on a Friday, you want someone who picks up. We’ve been supporting screen printers since 2008 — phone, email, or text — with real operators who’ve run these dryers themselves.
Authorized Vastex Dealer Since 2008
We’re a factory-authorized Vastex distributor with 17+ years of screen printing industry experience. Full factory warranty applies, but your first point of contact for any issue is us — not a voicemail queue.
Accurate Lead Times & Freight Quotes
Most Vastex dryers are built-to-order and typically take 2–6 weeks to build before shipping. The D100 and D1000 ship UPS Ground from the factory with FREE SHIPPING to the continental U.S. Before you order, chat with us (Tidio chat icon), call (512) 454-0505, or email [email protected] and we’ll confirm an accurate lead time and freight quote for your exact configuration.
Setup & Training Help Included
We’ll walk you through unboxing, first-power-up, donut probe calibration, and your first real cure over the phone or video call — included with every dryer. No upcharge, no support-ticket queue.
Equipment Financing Made Easy
One call, one application, equipment financed. Section 179 tax advantages may apply. We’ve helped hundreds of shops finance their first (and fifth) Vastex dryer.
Why Choose the D100 Conveyor Dryer
Portable Tabletop Design
At only 4 ft long and 2 ft wide, the D-100 fits on tabletops, utility carts, or low-cost S1-27 stands — ideal for live event printing, pop-ups, trade shows, and small garages.
Powerful Infrared Heater
16″ × 16″ square 1,625W medium-wavelength infrared heater cures plastisol at up to 110 shirts per hour. Heater can be raised, lowered, or angled to fit bulky items or curing hats.
Dual Voltage Options
Choose 120V (standard outlet) or 240V for faster ramp-up. Can be powered by a small generator for mobile and event printing.
15-Year Heater Warranty
Same industry-leading heater warranty as Vastex’s largest floor dryers — backed by Vastex’s Bethlehem, PA factory.
Available With or Without Powered Exhaust
Vastex ships the D100 in two configurations so you only pay for what you need. Here’s how to choose:
Without Powered Exhaust (Standard)
The standard D100 ships without the powered exhaust hood. It’s the right choice for plastisol-only work in a well-ventilated shop or outdoor event setting. Simpler setup, lower cost, and still fully featured — variable heat, variable belt speed, tilting heater, and the full 15-year heater warranty.
With Powered Exhaust Hood (Optional)
Adds a top-mounted powered exhaust that pulls fumes and hot air away from the operator — ducting out the top for maximum layout flexibility while significantly reducing noise. Vastex strongly recommends the exhaust hood whenever you’ll be curing DTF adhesives, water-based inks, or discharge, and anytime the dryer runs in a confined space.

Engineering & Built-In Vastex DNA
Medium-Wavelength Infrared
Closely-spaced coils deliver high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat — the wavelength range best absorbed by screen-printing inks. Raises the ink temperature directly, not the air, for the fastest cure without cold spots or under-curing.
15-Year Heater Warranty
Every Vastex heater carries an industry-leading 15-year warranty — the longest warranty in the industry. Vastex has been designing and building infrared dryers in Bethlehem, PA since 1960.
Digital PID Control ±1°F
Vastex’s PID temperature controller is accurate to ±1°F — repeatable cures shift after shift, day after day. Essential for consistent cure on water-based, discharge, and DTG inks where the temperature window is narrow and under-curing shows up fast.
Teflon-Coated Fiberglass Belt
Industry-standard Teflon-coated fiberglass conveyor belt shrugs off ink drips, solvent splashes, and years of hard use. Replacement belts are in-stock and ship same day.
