Closely-spaced coils deliver high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat — the wavelength range best absorbed by screen-printing inks. Raises the ink temperature directly, not the air, for the fastest cure without cold spots or under-curing.
15-Year Heater Warranty

Digital PID Control ±1°F
Vastex’s PID temperature controller is accurate to ±1°F — repeatable cures shift after shift, day after day. Essential for consistent cure on water-based, discharge, and DTG inks where the temperature window is narrow and under-curing shows up fast.
Teflon-Coated Fiberglass Belt
Industry-standard Teflon-coated fiberglass conveyor belt shrugs off ink drips, solvent splashes, and years of hard use. Replacement belts are in-stock and ship same day.
