Sawgrass TruePix Classic — 8.5″ x 11″ Sublimation Transfer Paper
The paper is the quiet half of every great sublimation print. TruePix Classic holds your dye-sub ink on the surface so more of it releases into the blank, dries almost instantly so you can press without smudging, and stays flat under heavy ink loads so your registration holds. 100 bright-white sheets per box, batch color-tested, and recommended by Sawgrass for its own printers.

How Sublimation Works
1. Print & Mirror
Print your mirrored design in dye-sub ink onto the bright-white side of the TruePix sheet.
2. Heat Press
Press the transfer against a polyester or poly-coated blank at the blank’s recommended time and temperature.
3. Dye Turns To Gas
Heat converts the dye to a gas that bonds into the fibers/coating — permanent, smooth, and won’t crack or peel.
Get It Right The First Time
What You Can Sublimate
100% polyester apparel and polymer-coated blanks — mugs, tumblers, metal signs & photo panels, ceramic tiles, coasters, mouse pads, phone cases, keychains.
What Won’t Work
Cotton and natural fibers, uncoated wood/metal/ceramic, and dark substrates — sublimation ink is translucent and needs a white or light poly surface. For cotton, look at DTF or discharge instead.
Which Side Prints
Print on the bright white (coated) side and mirror your image. On Sawgrass desktop printers the white side loads face-down — confirm your printer’s paper orientation before a full run.

Technical Specifications
When using Sawgrass TruePix paper in a Sawgrass printer, you should load the paper with the printable side facing down. The printable side is the white side of the TruePix paper, and it is the side that will come in contact with the printer’s ink during the printing process. The yellow side of the paper is the backing and should not come in contact with the ink or printer. Loading the paper with the printable side facing down ensures that the ink adheres properly to the paper, resulting in high-quality and vibrant prints. Always make sure to load the TruePix paper correctly to achieve the best results in your Sawgrass printer.
