Description
Ready-to-Use. No Mixing. Apply and Rinse.
ICC 935 is made for busy screen rooms that need reliable emulsion removal without preparation steps. Open, apply, dwell, pressure wash. That’s the complete workflow.
⚠️ NEVER Allow ICC 935 to Dry on the Screen
Drying permanently locks the stencil into the mesh, making the screen unreclaimable. Keep screens wet throughout. Apply, dwell, and rinse before any chance of drying. Ideal cycle: 2–4 screens (photopolymer) or 4–6 screens (diazo/dual-cure).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens if ICC 935 dries on the screen?
Critical: if ICC 935 dries on the mesh, it can permanently lock the stencil into the screen, making it unreclaimable. Always keep the screen wet and rinse before the product dries. Do not put more screens into your cycle than you can rinse promptly.
What emulsion types does it remove?
Removes direct emulsions, indirect emulsions, and capillary film stencils.
Does it need to be diluted?
No. ICC 935 is ready to use as-is. Do not dilute.
What is the recommended dwell time?
Approximately 60 seconds. For stubborn emulsions, increase dwell time and scrub with a brush before pressure washing.
What is the batch cycle technique?
Apply ICC 935 to 2–6 screens, place them back-to-back (mesh-to-mesh) while the product dwells, then pressure wash in sequence. This lets multiple screens dwell simultaneously. Do not exceed 4–6 screens to prevent drying.
