Fast & Focused Curing with Boost Zone
Each model is equipped with a focused boost zone at the front of the heating chamber, rapidly bringing ink temperatures up to curing range in the first few inches of travel. This maximizes dwell time and allows for faster conveyor speeds and higher output per hour.
Precision Control & Smooth Operation
The dual digital PID temperature controller ensures accuracy within +/- 1°F, giving you full control over curing conditions for every job. The “X-Series” conveyor tracking system with a Teflon-coated fiberglass belt ensures smooth performance, and the adjustable belt-to-heater clearance (2″–7″) accommodates bulky items or thick pretreatment applications.
Clean & Cool Workspace
A powered exhaust system pulls 280 CFM of moisture and fumes from the chamber while keeping the housing and electronics cool for safe, consistent performance—especially when running water-based or DTF prints.
